To obtain a Certificate of Course, all students must achieve a grade of 70% or more on the final examination administered by NJ Real Estate School and attend at least 80% of the class session hours required for the course. Hence, no student can miss more than 15hrs. If you miss more than 15hrs of the session, the class must be restarted from the beginning. A student may take the final examination up to 3 times and if a student fails the school exam after a third attempt, that student must restart the course from the beginning at a cost of $200 in order to take the school test again.
State Exam
Once students have passed the school exam, they are required to register to take the state exam in order to get licensed. The state exam must be taken within one year of the course completion date. For additional information on the state test, please visit the Testing Center website at www.psiexams.com. After taking and passing the state exam, students must complete a fingerprinting process (Live Scan) by scheduling an appointment with an approved vendor. (https://uenroll.identogo.com/ )
